The committee in charge of organizing the celebration of the XV Pentecostal Church of God I. M. Biennial announced that attendants can now make online hotel reservations for the magnificent event at discounted packages. The event will be held July 16 to 20, 2012, at the Cathedral Church in Bloomfield, Connecticut.
Rev. Dionisio Acuna, the Chairman of the Organizing Committee, affirmed they booked 600 hotel rooms with prices ranging from $60.00 to $85.00, while others range from $90.00 to $119.00. The destination airport chosen for this event is Bradley International Airport in Hartford Connecticut, located a few minutes from the temple. The hotels will be picking up guests at the airport.
Meanwhile, Wendy Vega, hotel coordinator, informed that starting in January, 2012, Jetblue Airlines will be offering non-stop flights from San Juan, Puerto Rico to Bradley International Airport in Connecticut. She added this will ease transportation for the residents in the island. "These flight reservations will be available starting on November, 2011," she pointed out.
The President of the Biennial Organizing Committee emphasized the great motivation and expectations the event is generating. "The enthusiasm is amazing, people are calling from everywhere asking us about the Biennial and expressing their interest in attending," said Rev. Acuña, adding that the Committee created a Prayer sub-committee, chaired by Rev. Victor Jarvis, so God can make out of this not just another biennial, but one that sets a landmark in the history of our church. He invited brothers and sisters from different regions to join this initiative."We are receiving donations from congregations, departments, and from our regional office to cover the cost of the event," said an excited Rev. Acuña, who thanked the Executive Office for the excellent communication they have established with Committee.
The Organizing Committee is working night and day with the goal of bringing between 3,000 and 3,500 people to the biennial. For this purpose, they are conducting a survey in different regions through which fellow members of the various congregations can express their intention to attend to the event. He said that many members have already separated the date on their calendars. He added that he recently received information from the International Office that colleague ministers from remote regions of South America are making arrangements to attend the biennial.

I thinks companies should do a better job to negotiate with new hotel chains or ask the established ones to match the price. More info on
